Intelen's objective is to Create Investment Order from Chaotic Digital Raw Data: Create high level decision making and service transition (energy efficiency and DR) by understanding the hidden value and identify the lost trends on energy and utility measured data. Reports show that around the world, when consumers get the energy information provided via smart meters and specific software services, they take more action to save energy and cut demand. Intelen, enhances this, by raising the energy awareness and changing the behavioral approach of the customer, using modern Web 2.0 and social technologies. Intelen enhances demand response (DR) and energy efficiency communication (direct savings) between utilities and consumers (home and commercial), through close real-time Meter Data Management (MDM) 2.0 cloud services, social energy networks and “gamification” principles, via competitions.

Our product is a cloud Meter Data Management 2.0 platform (MDM) combined with a social engagement platform/APIs which can be used by utilities OR commercial customers to shape more efficiently, cost effectively and faster the demand, according to their needs, by using social competition strategic games and gamifications principles.

The full service is offered through our MDM platform with some APIs that can correlate the data fusion results and some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to other social platforms (facebook, twitter, etc). The utility or the commercial customer will be able to use themselves our MDM platform, in order to be closer to their consumption, using Software as a Service (SaaS) approach and by APIs they could integrate the results and analytics to their own corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BEMS etc)
